Ginger, Supports the Stomach & Digestion, 395 mg, 90 Veg Caps

My doctor wanted me to try taking a ginger supplement to improve gut motility, and I chose this brand because it is grown in Hawaii! It’s difficult to find ginger that is grown domestically like this one. It never upsets my stomach, and I do notice that it helps improve my motility. I’ve been taking it every day and will continue to do so. Very happy with this product and with being able to order it here for a good price.

I take these to ward off chronic migraines when I don't feel like eating fresh ginger. They don't eliminated the migraines entirely like fresh ginger does, but I definitely notice a reduction. Ginger is good for so many processes in the body, so this is a staple in my supplement stack. Top quality as always.

Ginger is known for helping with digestive distress. The tea isn't always easy to drink. It's so much easier to take a couple of capsules. These capsules are not exactly small, but I can deal with them. I can't swallow giant capsules. Anyway, I taje these before car rides and with some meals. I recommend them!
