Very good quality of alpha lipoic acid. This is the brand we always use when we need to take Alpha Lipoic Acid and N Acethyl cysteine. It was a bit more expensive than other brands, but it's worth the price.
I purchased this for a family member because I read that alpha lipoic acid may help lower cholesterol. It also has other health benefits. I consider this a good quality product because the only ingredient is alpha lipoic acid. It contains no fillers. I also decided to give this particular brand a try because the vitamins come in a glass bottle which is better than plastic.
I bought this as it is recommended to help with insulin resisitance and blood sugar management. I take 1 capsule - 300mg per day on an empty stomach.
