No strong smell and pleasant to use. It is a good sized bottle and you don't need much per application. It's a clear gel that goes on a bit oily feeling at first. Just rub it in well and it's fine. I use it frequently as part of my self care routine since it makes my feet, legs and muscles feel refreshed. Calming benefits too.

I like this magnesium gel as it is easier to apply than the sprays - and it does provide some pain relief for joints and muscles. It works more effectively if you massage it into painful areas until it has dissipated. There is no scent whatsoever and sometimes I add essential oils to it to intensify relief. It does get a bit itchy right after application, but this goes away after a few minutes. I like to use it at night before bed.

I am used to putting magnesium oil on my legs and body before sleep. I will try gel to see if it has better absorption.
A wonderful lotion, a little gel-like, a little oily. It is gentle on the skin and does not bite. If you feel a slight bite, it only lasts a moment and passes. I rub it on my legs in the place of dilated capillaries and since I stand on my feet a lot, to drive away the pain
