I’m very pleased with this Jarrow Formulas Vegan Curcumin Phytosome. The quality is excellent – the bottle is well sealed, the capsules are uniform, and everything looks very professional. The capsules are normal size and easy to swallow, and they are gentle on my stomach. I took 1 capsule once a day with breakfast and food for about 2 months as a course. I mainly used it for general inflammation support and to support my liver and digestion. The main benefits I noticed were less overall stiffness and heaviness in the body, more stable energy, and more comfortable digestion during this period. I also like the phytosome form (Meriva) – it’s designed for better absorption compared to regular curcumin, which makes me feel that I’m actually getting something from each capsule.

Unfortunately, I had high hopes but I didn’t notice a difference in my low back pain. I took for a month. I’ve taken curcumin before and also didn’t see any relief. Maybe I need a higher dose.
