These cinnamon for rolls. The ground bark is warm and sweet. I sprinkle it on buttered dough with sugar. The rolls are gooey and aromatic. My weekend baking is a treat. The jar is glass with a shaker top.

This has quality ingredients to achieve and maintain weight loss. Take it before or after any heavy meal. I feel the dosage benefit is more effective at night with plenty of water. It takes away the bloating from a large meal. It may also have good detox property and keeps me regular.

I had an annual cholesterol test, and it was high as it always is, so I had to find a way to lower the levels. I decided to try and look for NOW Supplements, Chitosan 500 mg plus Chromium on the iherb. I first used chitosan in the hopes of bringing down my bad cholesterol. This is not a part of my daily supplement, but I think it keeps my cholesterol under control without statins and radical diet plans. I only take it when I eat meat, or other high cholesterol or trans fat content. I use this, and avoid sugary and high carbs, it'll helps but results takes time. Inside this supplement bottle there are 240 Veg Capsules. I used only 3 capsules before lunch and dinner. I'm going to take all of the capsules and order a second bottle. My only problem with the product was it was the capsules size not easy to swallow, I am really sucks at taking large capsules. The capsules are tasteless and odorless, so I'm very happy with this.
