I have decided to increase my vit K intake. Earlier I used just K2-mk7 but now I also take K2-mk4 and K1. These vitamins stay different times in your blood, K1 a few hours and K2 a few days so maybe it is a good idea to take all of them at the same time. This Mason K1 is cheap and no complaints at all, will buy again 👍
