This particular form of magnesium was recommended by a doctor for muscle cramps. I am not sure it's working for that but it is easier that other forms of magnesium on the digestive system. The product seems good quality, the tablets are about 13mm in diameter and are pretty flat so they can be swallowed fairly easily. No funny ingredients added it's another plus.

If taken after dinner, my leg muscles are active, keep on moving. I changed after lunch meal and disappeared. It improves my joints strength. No taste.

Great quality magnesium for an affordable price. It’s hard to find mg in the glunonate form but I started to look for it after I noticed that my mother’s doctor prescribed the gluconate form to her for her deficiency. It gives me an even calm. It’s something that I notice about 3 days into taking it. It’s not immediate but it’s there and noticeable after a bit. Another benefit is that I think it helps with joint and muscle pain. It makes delayed muscle onset pain a little less painful.

I bought this specifically because I needed to split the tabs into am/pm doses. The photos show bottles with tablets that have a pill-splitting ridge, but the product I received has the tablets smooth all over without a splitting ridge. Makes splitting a bit harder and it's very crumbly/powdery. That one complaint aside, this is working fine for me.

Apart from taking it for muscle benefits it also aids if you have constipation haha

This is my favorite type of absorbable magnesium that doesn't mess with the GI system, and it's a great price per unit, but some of the tablets in some bottles flake or split. They're still fine when in pieces, but harder to swallow.
