Vegan Vitamin D3, 62.5 mcg (2,500 IU), 60 Vegan Capsules

The reason why I bought this Vegan Vitamin D3 is because of the natural D3 that is from Lichen Extract. I felt that it is higher quality and more bio-available to my body as compared to other forms. The capsule size is neither big nor small. It is easy to swallow and it tastes neutral. Since I rarely go out of the sun, I just need to take 1 a day and the dosage is quite good though I may try to take higher dose occasionally. It helps in my immunity.

It’s a great news that we can get vegan D3, because so many products out there are not vegan. I live in Russia. So after August we don’t get our D3 from sun. I take this daily with something fatty (like avocado or seeds) in order to absorb it properly and I’m feeling good. It’s easy to get up in the morning even at 6 o’clock and I did not get sick this autumn which means that I have enough D3 for my immune system to work properly.
