Oregon’s Wild Harvest Schisandra supplement is definitely my number one choice when it comes to quality and clean product. I love the fact that this Schisandra is organic and does not contain unnecessary fillers that other cheaper Schisandra supplements that are available in the market. Yes, it is not cheap product by any means but it’s worth it to me. This Schisandra supplement helps me feel relax and less stressed at work. I seemed to sleep better at night, too, which is awesome because I feel well rested and start my day fully energized. I got my bloodwork done recently and the result of the test was great. I really like Oregon's Wild Harvest Organic Herbs. This is my first time to try their Schisandra. I only take one as needed/desired. Works as well as any of their other Herbs and I like that it's simply Schisandra. No other unnecessary ingredients--just Schisandra! I took 2 daily to get the full benefit and it gave me lots of energy. I didn't know what to expect with this adaptogen but I'm very happy with the results. This is a great quality brand of Shchisandra. I don’t take this all the time, only during times of stress to help balance my system. A lot of people in the Functional Medicine/ironic industry recommend taking this daily to benefit your nervous system and as an antioxidant. The ingredients are very good quality and the size is really good. I take two for a dosage as described in the directions. There is no taste and it goes down really well. My father had been in the hospital for a while and passed away and I feel this has helped support my system a little bit during this process.

I read that this herb is really good for your liver health, among other benefits. I really noticed that it cleared up my skin a lot! I will keep taking after I am done with my pregnancy.

Schisandra is used in Chinese medicine, and I usually drink it as a tea made from the dried fruit (the flavor is really intense and refreshing), but when I travel, it's easier to take it in capsule form. Very glad that Oregon's Wild Harvest sells it in capsules. It gives me lots of energy!

The product looks to be good quality. I just started taking it for few days. The reason for 4* is that I started feeling drowsy and like sedated after taking it - did anyone else have this issue and did it subside later on if you continued? I’d like to continue taking it
