I've used this product for about 5 years now, it mever dissappoints. I'm over 60% grey so I mix 5N with 5R for 100% grey cover. I have a slight plant allergy but no reaction at all with this. No burning eyes, no strong odor, no stained skin, no stained quartz countertop. I have type 4c coiled hair and get lots of compliments. I highly recommend this product.

I’m glad I’ve chosen this brand and the color - easy to use, clear instructions, even tone, perfect flavor. Hair is silky and perfectly tinted after that. I used this tint 3 times. I also mixed the colors by myself and all the time had perfect result according to my expectations of intensity and shadow. Also, I would like to add I’m allergic, but never has any problem with this brand.
Herbatint Permanent Haircolor Gel (5R Light Copper Chestnut) gives a beautiful, rich copper-chestnut shade with long-lasting results and solid gray coverage. The gel is easy to apply and feels gentler than many box dyes, leaving hair looking shiny and soft afterward. The only downside is the price — it’s definitely on the pricey side for the size, so I’d mainly repurchase when there’s a sale.

This color is called Light Copper Chestnut and is much darker than expected. I would describe it as the color of red wine. I started with natural strawberry blond hair around level 7 so it was a big surprise that it turned out super dark. It's a nice rich dark wine color though, if that's what you're looking for. It lasted for around 6 weeks before starting to glow with an orange cast. I decided to color over with brown which did work but the red still persists. Now, over a year later, the hair that was dyed with this color still often shows reddish, as I try to cover it with a brown temporary color regularly as it grows out. It does not fade so you will see regrowth as a distinct line. It totally covers stray white hairs. The conditioner pouch which is included is very good, and help bring back the hair's natural shine and silky texture. The scent is not harsh or overly perfumed. Overall a good product.
