I tried this hair color recently and really liked the result. The shade came out natural and even, and it covered gray hair well. The smell is mild compared to regular dyes, and it didn’t irritate my scalp. My hair felt soft after using it, not dry like with many chemical dyes. Overall, it’s a good quality product that I’d use again.
Great results, but pricey. This hair color gel gives beautiful, even coverage and a very natural Light Chestnut tone. The quality feels premium and my hair looks shiny and healthy after coloring. It’s easy to mix and apply, and the scent is much milder than many other dyes. The 4.56 oz size is enough for my hair and doesn’t feel wasteful, but it’s definitely expensive compared to other brands. Worth it if you want salon-like results at home.

I had used the color chestnut and it gave my hair a beautiful color although I bought this one because I wanted it to be a little lighter but it made my roots a bit too orange . I think it would have still been a nice color if I didn’t previously had already died it.

I recently tried Herbatint 5N, and I’m very pleased with the quality of this hair dye. The scent is much milder than traditional dyes, making use much more pleasant. I find this brand keeps more of a neutral with green undertones that help with brassiness. I like how it can measure out what I need to just do my roots every couple of weeks and store. It also mixes well with other shades. I am slowly working towards a lighter shade and can mix each batch accordingly each session. It is a little pricier than my local shop when they have it on sale but still a good product and no scalp reaction or redness afterwards. I like the conditioner too
I have been using it for years. It's convenient to use and the ingredients are relatively safe. I have allergic skin but I have no problem using this at all. It's a very good product but unfortunately the colour I use is not available on iHerb anymore. What a shame!
