First time buying, texture was indeed like vaseline, scent is just right. Really loving the scent! Packaging is simple, would be great if there is a small plastic knife to scoop the good stuff! Applied it all over after a shower, rather tough to smother onto skin, but upon contact the butter melts, totally feels luxurious! Hope it benefits my hubby’s dry cracked skin, n does not cause irritation as he has sensitive skin. Since packaging comes in a big tub, have scooped out some into smaller travel pocket size tub for daily use, also to prolong product’s quality. Tks iherb!

This wasn't my favorite texture. It felt too oily. But it was still moisturizing. Soothing, use it mostly at night. I'm not big on scented lotion so this is great.

Both my kids (age 8 & 14) have very dry sensitive skin and this balm/butter is the only product that can get rid of itching and moisturize. It doesn’t melt easily like other. The texture is mess free. Vanilla scent is mild and delicate. Quality is top tier, we use it everyday and thanks to the big size of the container.

First time use of this Palmers Shea Butter , just a Lil secret, It works fabulous on natural hair! its a light scented and weight moisturizer for both skin and hair I love the sent and funny enough , going to order another one once I finish this review. I will definitely be using this to moisturize during the Fake cold seasons in FL .
