I track BP and fasting glucose every morning before breakfast. Over one bottle, I saw ~5–10 mmHg drops in both systolic and diastolic BP and ~5–10 mg/dL lower fasting glucose. When I stopped for a few days, the readings climbed back by a similar amount. I plan to continue and monitor whether the benefit is sustainable.
Great quality. The size and package are wonderful. ingredients extracted from garlic. It tastes ok to me. No smell. I use it frequently. Good Minerals supplement helping with my deficiencies. It has benefited both my sugar levels, cholesterol management. I’m totally in love. Absolutely buying it again.
I used to get a lot of headaches and they've been gone since I've started taking this. I'm so sad that this is out of stock at the moment, but I'll have to opt to a different variant and hope that it works just as well because they have the same core ingredients anyway. It's easy to swallow. The pills are just the right size. The pills have a kind of smell when you take them, but you don't end up with garlic breath. It's a great quality supplement.
I don't measure my blood sugar regularly so it's hard to say how good this product is for blood sugar balancing. However, I can say that it is very potent. When I take this in the morning I definitely feel some almost immediate effect. I am not sure exactly what it's doing but I do feel different when I take it.
Very effective to aid in clearing arteries, lowering BP, lowering glucose and triglycerides into safe ranges! I take this with the Oregon grape, red yeast rice garlic with beet powder juice and has dropped my markers in all categories. I hav now eliminated the deadly Amlodipine, Metformin, Rosastatin! I am feeling healthier with a clearer head and with more energy!
Great Kyolic Aged Garlic Extract Blood Sugar Balance Its Very Good For My Health
I’ve been taking this for about 5–6 weeks now because I wanted something more “natural” to support my blood sugar (and honestly, overall health too). I wasn’t expecting anything dramatic—but I was curious if I’d feel any difference. The first thing I noticed: no garlic smell at all. That was a big relief. I’ve tried regular garlic supplements before and couldn’t stick with them because of the aftertaste. This one is genuinely odorless, which makes it easy to take daily.
Been taking aged garlic extract supplement but first time trying this product. Size of capsule is acceptable and easy to swallow. Will monitor to be able to comment on its effectiveness of this product to me.
