I have Asthma and the medication I take doesn't completely control it. But, when I added NAC, which helps to control inflammation, it made a big difference. Pure brand is more expensive, but not outrageously expensive. I am very happy with the quality of the product.
I am in my late 40's and have endo and adeno with chronic pain and chronic inflammation. The pain is mild most days but it causes so much fatigue. I take NAC with Glycine and it seems to lessen the pain and feels like a weight is lifted. I will take it for a few days and take a break for a few days and it seems to be more potent that way. I take 2 of these pills in the morning 30 minutes before any protein. And sometimes another 2 in the afternoon if I feel I need it.
