Honestly its ok. I like the alcohol tincture I had before. Noticable difference in my anxiety with people unlike this one which I felt I had to take more. Truly passionflower extract capsules are better, and you could just take magnesium taurate which works well too. Good quality, sweet taste slightly bitter. Ok dosage need to take a lot.

Some sleep I think about 20 drops and it's very good when I took 30 drops it made my body cold and I had a hard time getting up in the morning and my whole body was aching but after I reduced the dosage and continuous use a really helps sleeping good And I recommended
