This product appears to be very effective and contains high-quality ingredients. Since I started taking it, I've noticed improvements in my skin and energy levels. Additionally, its good taste makes it easy to take. It's a good-sized bottle with no side effects of niacin flush it has a very good effect on my metabolism.
I bought this to help my son who has major difficulty with attention. Of course it’s hard to say with 100% certainly if this is helping, since we do other things to help him as well, but I have definitely seen an improvement. He also likes the taste enough that he doesn’t ever refuse to take it!
I tend to have a lot of stomach issues while taking vitamin B. Hence, I am also very sceptical at first with this, too, and if this makes my stomach upset. To my surprised, my stomach takes it well, but what I did was, i diluted this solution in 1 glass full of water, just so it's less concentrated and more stomach friendly. overall, i love this new discovery and will stock up soon! finally i can consume vitamin B!
I am elderly, my digestion and absorption are not the best, so I chose an exceptionally liquid vitamin complex instead of capsules. I was not disappointed, a great product. I will buy it again. I feel more energetic when I drink this. Good advice: I take it after a meal with a tablespoon, without water. If I take it between meals, it makes me hungry.
