I ordered these because I want chia seeds in my diet without having to create a snack myself. Well I am hooked I'm going to try all the flavors I feel they contribute to a healthy diet . I only wish they could be about double in size with a bit more chia seeds .

We love this snack. My kids eat one everyday. They aren’t overly sweet and I love adding these to my family’s diet. Quality ingredients. Great price and you can purchase larger sizes. They taste absolutely delicious. The packaging has a twist off cap that is not hard to turn. It’s hard keeping my kids from eating more than one serving a day.

I'm not a fan of Chia seeds but this is soooo good!!! It tastes amazing and fresh. It isn't overly sweet and the perfect amount of chia seeds. Infact I feel like one isn't enough. My 6 year old enjoys this too. This is bliss. It is packed with blackberries, it is gluten free and vegan and less than 100 calories!!! I also love that it comes in pouches so it's spill proof. I have them in my bag, car and gym locker. Highly recommended. This is my favourite chia squeeze.
