She asked for the liquid form but I couldnt find it, so I put this pill under my tongue (it was the recommended method of taking it) and the pill dissolves very quickly and no taste residue. Pill is super small size, which is great.

Seems that it has a good absorption rate too; small capsules comfortable to take everyday. No distinct taste as it in the capsules
