Have experienced Neither side effects nor benefits. Bottle is not good for pouring to the spoon. Immediate intake from bottle is fine but not hygienic if 2 or more people is going to use.

i add a small splash to a glass of water each morning. The flavor is fresh and unobtrusive, making it easy to drink straight or diluted. A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts longer than I expected. I’ve noticed I drink more water overall

Absolutely love this concentrated chlorophyll. The quality has not changed. This items comes in a glass jar sealed in bubble wrap, wrapped in brown paper and placed in a resealable baggie. Extremely well wrapped to prevent damage. My only complaint is I wish they offered a product derived from Broccoli Sprouts rather than just Alfalfa Sprouts :-( as broccoli has far more medicinal properties. The LARGE jar lasts in the fridge. I use about 1 tsp - 1 tbsp per 30oz of water. The Glass Jar lasts me about 2 1/2 months with every day use. Excellent Value! I use this product in combination with a solid broad spectrum thyroid support and chlorella tablets to protect against DNA damage. Completely flavorless and odorless. Ideal to add to your water bottle or other light cold drinks.
