I started having these supplements for my nails and hair especially, and I noticed a significant difference in my hair but u have to give it 2-3 months to start working. it also has a lot of other benefits like essential minerals and vitamins contains all b vitamins. I take only 1 pil a day instead of 3 but I still see an improvement with my hairs. probably works better with higher dose tho.

I've seen positive changes in my hairfall and hair quality thanks to this product. This is my second bottle of this. I only have one complaint and it's about the packaging (lid type) Please change the lid to a "screw-on" type as the capsules darken/turn black really quickly on exposure to air and the current packaging does not protect it after you've opened it. I had to shift the contents to a separate bottle to keep them from darkening. The capsule size is fine and I take a dose of 1 capsule everyday. Nothing to taste here since it's a capsule.
