would be great if it only had pomegranate seed oil
this supplement has a great amount of pomegranate seed oil, with a standardized amount of punicic acid, the omega fatty acid unique to pomegranate. this ingredient is know for its benefits of metabolic and cardiovascular health. this is a quality supplement that i would have permanently in my stack if it were not for the inclusion of pomegranate extract which can have issues with those of us taking medications. pomegranate extract can have similar interactions to those taking medications with grapefruit warnings. because of this, i cannot take this supplement. i also believe they’d be making a product that isn’t easy to find, as most pomegranate supplements include the extract. the pills are a small size though which is a plus.
