This lasted me a while. Big package, no caffeine. Idk about the frequency of intake ideally but I was drinking around two cups per day. Read about skin benefits but generally I just enjoy the tea itself. Tasted great! There's an earthy and smooth quality to the tea. Single ingredient product.
I drink this tea daily as plain water can get old I need some flavor! I have heart issues so no caffeine. this is caffeine free!! it taste great to me & has a mild flavor. love the size. won't run out so soon. I drink it several times a day. It's my favorite tea.
This is super high quality tea. it has an amazing refreshing taste, clean ingredients, and generous portions for the price. I usually mix 2 tablespoons of this in a liter of boiling water with half a tablespoon of dried ginger as a blend. then i add 1 teaspoon of honey. I love it hot.. but its also amazing cold.
This is my absolute favorite tea! I’ve been buying the tea bags version of this Green Rooibos for a while, but they always run out too quickly. This 1 lb bulk bag is a total game-change. It lasts so much longer and the quality is superb. I love the mild, refreshing taste, and it’s caffeine-free so I can enjoy it all day long. This is my second time ordering the large pack and it definitely won't be my last!

I prefer the green Rooibos over the red one. This one has a great flavor and I let it seep up to 10 minutes for extra flavor.
Red Rooibos has been one of my favorite and long time companion tea. This is first time trying green kind. It will take a little get used to the much milder new flavor. I will try straight without mixing any other herbs till I get custom to this new flavor of green Rooibos. I have been mixing herbal tea at home, yet this green Rooibos may take a while to get mixed with other complimentary herbs.
This was an absolute quality rooibos tea, the size and taste is just amazing. It’s well packaged and I use it for tea because of its benefits. I’ll order the red next time.
