This is a great product but is very very chalky tasting - even after you use a blender. That's why I'm giving it four stars. I don't quite like the coffee flavor either, but I will try the vanilla next time. It is so high quality that I will be purchasing this again.
Best Fat Loss Protein & Sugar Stabiliser I've found - it's Perfect & Yummy. Worth the money due to Fast Fat Loss & Muscle Increase. Blood test showed Immediate Improvements in Protein and Sugar levels! A bit Lumpy/Chalky, so you should mix more water.
I LOVE this product. It is my daily breakfast before the gym and I love the taste.
Nasty taste, i like coffee flavor, but not this one
Great Brand, clean composition ingredients. Suitable for post workout meal,
good quality and size ,tast thank you we like it
A little chalky, but fine. Lots of good ingredients. Disappointed that iHerb sent out something that expires in less than 6 mos., but it's there in their listing if I had read it.
It has worked to curb my appetite in the past. I only drink it in the morning because of the green tea extract. The best way to mix it is in a blender.
I found the taste and texture horrible at first but i've adapted to it and now I like it! I mix it with Garden of Life Chocolate (3/4 scoop Coffee, 1/4 chocolate) and blend with 1/2 banana and unsweetened almond milk and 6-7 ice cubes. It keeps me full for a little while but not as long as I had hoped. I drink this right after my morning workouts.
It's my first time to try any protein powder. Being vegetarian, garden of life is natural choice. So far result is very satisfactory, leaves you full for long time .
