I trialled the dosage by taking 1 and 2 capsules of Forskohlii, and found a slight energy boost at 3 capsules, and more energy at 4 capsules. This is very expensive for me, but the cheapest in iHerb, so I don't take it everyday, but only when I desperately need to get out of brain fog, or when I am too tired but I need to go out or keep an appointment. I would highly recommend Forskollii / Forskolin to help with energy boost, as I have taken many brands of Vit Vitamin B12 Methylcobalamin which doesn't boost my energy at all.

I bought this to help as an adjuvant to my cardio workouts and also as a blood pressure support. I saw benefits (lowered blood pressure, especially) within a month of consistent training, and felt more energised. It's easy to take because of the capsule's small size and I liked to take it early in the morning before I start my workouts. Good quality for the price.

This was incredible in reducing my blood pressure when I experienced high blood pressure for a brief period during illness recently. The only warning is, don't take it if you have normal blood pressure as it will give you low blood pressure and that is not a great feeling either.
