This marvellous plant extract is amazing. I take only twice a day on week days. I’m motivated, I feel good, I’m devoted at work, I laugh more, more positive, I feel more present. Effects are sweet; you could give to someone and he won’t even know / notice. Takes 2-4 days to fully feel optimized. Highly recommend.
It helps with my mild anxiety when I feel anxious, nervous, frustrated about every little detail and a bit depressed because of those uncomfortable feelings. I take one every morning right after I wake up. I doesn't make me feel high or low, but I can just feel what is normal normally. I skip a day when I feel too comfortable with everything and start procrastinating daily chores.
There are not very many companies that sell Mucuna Pruriens. This company makes a great product. The size of the capsules is small and you get 60 of them in a bottle. You only need to take one a day.
I have been using this for almost a month straight. There seems to be almost no cognitive delay anymore. In situations where I may have had to take time to "recall things" I now seem to be able to instantly present the information.
Used to get this mucuna and also from other brands for my mom’s Parkinson’s to replace levodopa. We discovered levidopa causes hernia so stopped taking it. Not sure how much this or any medication helped w her Parkinson’s so one should experiment to see how effective it is.
Good quality Mucuna that is dose approriately per capsule.Benefits might include increasing dopamine level. Come in a easy to swallow size.

Used quite a bit at the labelled dosage, the quality and ingredients are there with the ingredients it mentions , no taste of course , overall it gets the job done
I love this brand as it uses very few fillers, and also the least plastic/packaging. Their supplements are of high quality, and in little capsules, so very easy to swallow (have increased in size more recently, still small just not tiny however). Great herbal supplement.
