Quality, ingredients and taste are all good. Size and package is cool. This tea has good blends and so it has alot of benefits as well. I quit caffeine long ago and switched to herbal teas and since then my mental and physical health is at its best. Hope you all stay well and healthy.
I really liked this product. As someone who doesn't drink, it was nice to have a relaxing tea when I was with friends at the cottage. I found kava to be a relaxing beverage. A bit of licorice in there too, which I didn't mind -- although, not everyone likes that flavour. Yogi makes great teas for sleep and relaxation. I'd usually use 2-3 tea bags to kick back after a busy week.

nice herbal, sweet flavor. I drink this instead of coffee on mornings I'm feeling stressed. don't know how well it works, or if its just the placebo effect of drinking a tea called "stress relief", but its a yummy tea either way!
I’m really impressed with this product! The quality is excellent — you can tell right away from the texture and how well it works. It’s easy to use, feels natural, and delivers noticeable results. Shipping was fast and everything was well-packaged, as always with iHerb. Definitely a great purchase — I’ll be reordering for sure!
