I felt ok the whole summer. But you know- summertime and the living is easy..:0) Now I'm going to check them during cold months...
I think this is quality saffron. I was hesitant to try a new brand but I don’t feel like it’s not working so that’s good. I switched to this one from another brand and didn’t experience any issues between the 2 brands. I take this as a mood stabilizer since I’m in perimenopause and I don’t find myself getting super irrationally angry anymore. No taste, good ingredients, pill size is average, dosage is just 1 a day and the benefits are wonderful.
