Since researching Dr Christopher years ago I have great confidence in any of his formulas. When Menopause hit I decided to give this a try. I added it to the other herbs I'm taking and it seems to be the extra bit that was needed to pretty much put out the hot flashes!!!
I started using Christopher’s female herb formulas after experiencing menopause symptoms and found that they are of good quality ingredients that really work! By taking the recommended dosage I saw my symptoms improve and subside. The capsule size is not too big and don’t taste like anything since the herbs are inside the capsule. I think these products could really benefit other women having reproductive or menopause symptoms.
I have PCOS and this product makes a difference in my symptoms along with following a healthy lifestyle.. the quality of the ingredients seem high end and I only take half of the dosage which works well for the benefits I need.. no taste which is a bonus

I found this product to be very good in quality and ingredients. I can't say that I noticed a change in my body when taking them. I like the size of the bottle and how there are 100 capsules rather than smaller bottles with only 30 or 60.
This is best period. I have come back to this over and again! This helps with heavy periods for me and I am happy with this product.

Unfortunately this didn't help a family member who has suffered from hot flashes for many, many years. Perhaps if it was taken right at the start of menopause, it may have helped, but it didn't do anything for her.
