It's hard to say what things would be like this round of flares if I wasn't taking this stuff as I just got it for the first time, but I feel like I'm not in pain all day long. I think this is my best review on a product, even of embarassing I hope this will help people with the same problem. I gained issues from having diarrhea for too long due to a supllement I was taking that made me a bad reaction, so my bum end up hurting and being itchy in such a bad way, I was scared as I was too embarassed to go to the doctor, I bought this pills and literally it helped me so quickly, I saw improvement in 2 days. miserably i got diarrhea again after the 2 days, but felt better again after 2 more days taking this. Its 2 pills a day that i take separately, one with food at night, the other without in the morning. amazing product, a life saver.
