This has a strong effect on me compared to an organic version of chamomile tea that I’ve bought. I’m not sure if it’s irritating my stomach, because this makes me “go” every time!! It has a strong flavor as well.
I do love all Yogi tea tea-bags. This one was very relaxing especially when you drink it before sleep, I like that it’s caffeine free. The quotes that come in the tea bag is so nice, they have improved them and they finally make sense. Great quality, I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys drinking herbal teas.
The benefit of this tea is that it is excellent for relaxation AND for any stomach issues. Good quality and price. There is no caffeine so is really good in later part of day to wind down. Also can be made with ice in warmer weather.
What I like most about this tea company is that the bags are made from plant fibers (like abaca – a type of banana fiber) and wood pulp, which are plant-based materials. • They don't contain chlorine or plastic in the bag itself.
This is a good quality tea. It has clean ingredients. It tastes like other good quality chamomile tea. It is also caffeine free. The price is ok for the number of tea bags per package. I use one tea bag per serving. I love drinking chamomile tea after a meal or when I want to relax which is one of its known benefits.
