Switched to this brand because of the Evail tech which is supposed to help with absorption. Been taking it for a few weeks to help with hormonal balance and managing occasional skin breakouts. The softgels are small, easy to swallow, and I haven't noticed any weird stomach issues at all. High quality stuff.

Quality and clean ingredients. This is only pure dim supplement. The size of capsule is good to take. Dosage is good for daily. It works and is effective.

Seems to help with my pms symptoms. The colour was a bit off putting initially but I got used to it now, the colour seems to make urine turn pinkish. Recommended by functional doctor for estrogen imbalance.
