This brand of daily prenatals was recommended by a friend. I'm in my late 30s, and after discussing this brand with my doctor, she was happy with the quality and said it seemed like a good option with decent ingredients. This pills are a decent size, but not overly large or difficult to swallow. I had been taking a prenatal from another company that is all over social media and spends a lot on marketing (and the expensive price of those pills reflects that), but after switching to this more affordable option I have noticed no discernible differences in the quality.

I used this during and after my first pregnancy and it helped with my iron levels. I’ve been using a more expensive multi but felt the need to switch back to this as it worked better. Simple ingredients but effective and cheap. The capsules are yellow and the coating stains hands a little.

My former prenatal had a tiny amount of iron - this one has a lot, and it‘s only 1 pill a day, so the value for money is much better than in the case of other products (one package last three months). It taste is neutral and it‘s easy to use. I I am taking it while nursing.

I’ve been taking this since I got pregnant, I was taking just folic acid and choline before, but decided to go with a multivitamin during pregnancy. The pill is a bit big, but taste is okay. I haven’t got constipated like I hear can happen with other prenatals. I’ll continue using this for at least another 6months postpartum as was recommended by my midwife since I’ll be breastfeeding

Finding a truly comprehensive, one-a-day vegan prenatal is tough, but this is it. The tablets are smaller and so much easier to swallow than other brands, and they are very gentle on my stomach—zero nausea! I appreciate the high B12 and Folate levels for a plant-based diet. Excellent value for 90 tablets.

switched to this prenatal from 2 others as this is the highest iron content I could find. My iron levels have since evened out to just below what is normal range. This prenatal has a great list of vitamins
