I have low porosity 3B/3C curls and it’s so hard to keep my hair moisturized. I use this on my hair, as the liquid part of the LCO method for my hair and I find that I’m able to retain my hair length better when I use this. Very high quality and a little goes a long way, Best buys on iHerb for me, can’t do without it, my curly hair just loves it all year around, summer and winter. The bottle lasts me 6 months at least so it’s totally worth the price. I’ve been using it for the last 2 years and it’s made a great difference with my hair, the size is also good for using on long hair. (I wash my hair once a week) You gotta keep it refrigerated after opening though for it to stay fresh.

Nothing exceptional-it is as advertised. Aloe juice. It is a decent price point for its size, comparable to the price of a different brand at my local grocer so it is convenient to order here when it’s on sale (the local grocer is a couple dollars cheaper than the standard price)

Bought it after hearing recommendation on intestines health benefits and am not disappointed. Well sized package for everyday use. I mix it with my berries drink and it makes it richer and fresher. Serving is 2 tablespoons which is fine with me, haven't noticed any indigestion or such effects while using.
