Quality product, beautiful scent, dosage is a bit random, but ingredients very acceptable. Expensive for the size. Hard to remember when to pause but hopefully the benefits of replacing progesterone in the body are worth it. No taste because it’s a skin cream — duh. Would be good as a pump delivering even doses. Just a suggestion.

This cream is a hidden gem. It is great for balancing out raging hormones and helps with sleep. A little bit goes a long way and this tube lasts forever! The smell is amazing and it is not greasy at all. I use it twice a day per the directions from my naturopath. You just put a dime size on the inside of your wrist and rub it around with the other wrist. The quality is top notch with gentle ingredients.

Smells and feels great on the skin. Absorption of progesterone through the skin is minimal though so if you need it because you have a uterus and are on estriol/estradiol for HRT, consider taking oral progesterone (ask your obgyn of course)

Seems to give me a boost. Progesterone isn’t great for everyone but seems to make me feel a bit better.
I used 2 tubes of this cream and didn't notice any negative side effects. I actually quite lowed using this. But then I switched to another brand and experienced progesterone side effects (horrible anxiety attacks that I've never had before). I do not think it's one brand better than another, it was probably just overall cumulative effect for me. But after this experience, I'm very careful with creams like that and will never use it again without doctor's supervision or advice.
