Zinc Lozenges, Citrus-Orange, 60 Vegetarian Lozenges (18.75 mg per Lozenge)

This zinc supplement meets my body's needs for additional zinc. It tastes good but I have to remember to take it after eating else I feel nauseous and food tastes funny if I take it before eating. Since taking zinc, I have not had any mouth ulcers (canker sores) or depressions on my nails. This is a good supplement for such deficiencies and is better than the zinc supplements combined with other things that you do not want to take regularly (ex. Echinacea). Tablet quality is excellent.

I'm always on the lookout for Zinc lozenges as I have trouble absorbing Zinc in my stomach due to SIBO. And poor absorbable variants like Zinc Oxide and Zinc Acetate are actually more favorable to me bc they withstand the trip in the small intestine better than other forms. As per Dr. DiNezza.
