this magnesium supplement is amazing. i was taking the other megafood magnesium complex and i didn't really feel much with it (taking during the day). so i switched to this one and began taking it at night and felt it's effects immediately. i used to wake up every couple hours during the night but this would knock me out and allow me to fully rest for hours on end. although i did notice the other day that it is only 50 mg which is cool but it's important to note that vitamin d should be balanced with magnesium and with the high dose of vitamin d i was taking i now see that it might not be enough magnesium. wish they would make a higher mg of this exact product because everything about it is great - the quality, packaging, ingredients, and it's effectiveness.

The size of the bottles and tablets are really convenient for daily use. Love the tablets easy to swallow. Can feel the difference within 2 weeks of usage. Feel much stronger and energetic. The quality is excellent. This is my 2nd purchase and trust this product quality and ingredients are superior and finest.
