It’s seriously support my thyroid. My TSH decreased from 5,78 to 3,25. I started to feel more active. There was one mistake I did from the beginning of taking, I used to take Iodine with vitamin C at the same time. Later I learnt that vitamin C in dosage 500mg and more may disturb an absorption of Iodine. That’s why first month or taking I couldn’t see any result. Despite it being the highest strength available definitely the bioavailability is very inferior because it does not compare with my usual brand which has less strength but works wonders. My energy levels remained low for the entire 3 consecutive months of religiously taking it.
