My age ids 50. Consume 3g in an hour before gym. Effect lasts for 2-3 hours since taken. As per my feeling it adds upto 25-30% of energy and positively effects stamina. It's excellent result. Did not test higher dosage and while cardino solo exercises. Guess it should mostly affect on power capabilities.
