I use castor oil for castor oil packs. However, since I bought this product in a plastic bottle, I have discovered that it's much better to buy it in a glass bottle. I also save money when buying more at one time. Very powerful stuff that has a unique scent. Be careful with it because it WILL stain clothes, sheets and anything else you value it comes into contact with. You will NOT be able to get it out as it's so thick and it WILL discolor any fabric, so wear old clothes or clothes you don't care about. I've also used it to heal hemorrhoids (I put it directly on my butthole area). The quality of this product is the best on the market though. It's very nourishing and a simply wonderful product!
