Works as good as the professional hair color on my fine hair with around 30% gray hair. Also, I finally found a cool shade like my natural color. I followed the instructions and mixed 5C with 5N for a better gray hair coverage. I like the result, the texture appears thicker, smoother and shinier.

My hairstylist said my hair is very orangish suddenly- i always do monthly partial grey cover with herbatint 5c for ages and he knows abt it. I just thot mayb cos of light and didnt think much. I just did root touch yesterday and ideed iz suddenly feel the root is very warm not cool ash as usual. I wonder if they have changed any formula!! Hope not pls
