I use these as an additional 'anti-inflammatory' regimen - both myself and my mother have arthritis and inflammation, so we share our remedies.....this one is taken together with Fish Oil and Glucosamine +MSM , Magnesium, Cinnamon extract (and regular ice packs, good diet & excercise).
