This company offers the best propolis, but unfortunately, I cannot purchase the other types because my country is not accepted for purchase. I was allowed to buy this type only once since they limit the purchase to a single time. Only the brown type can be bought. I hope this changes soon so that we can buy from anywhere and make multiple purchases.
Bee Propolis is made from the nest of the bees. I have had Royal Jelly as a weightlifter in the 80's and 90's. It's great... however, you have an advantage to us of those days with Bee Propolis. So far I've used it for a few days of severe seasonal allergies and it seemed to alleviate some of the symptoms. It is a bit on the expensive so and the biggest downside is the usual fillers like magnesium stearate and silica which I wish they omit or somehow formulate gel caps.
I could definitely say that this supplement is antibiotic, anti-inflammatory, and can boost immunity! The product has such a high quality, from its packaging to its capsule. I have been a fund of bee products since most of them have powerful ingredients that come from nature. The taste is wonderful as well. UPDATE: My third bottle now. It is super good and I can say it helps really support my immune system.
I started taking it because I had a very strong rhinitis, but when I use it with a spur of propolis, it seems effective! As the amount of fluid from the nose decreases, it seems that it is less likely to go down the neck, and I will buy again and try to eat it constantly.

I’ve tried bee propolis mainly for immune support, since it’s a natural resin-like substance made by bees and often used for its antimicrobial properties. It has a strong, slightly bitter taste if taken directly, but capsules are easier to handle. In my experience, it feels more like a preventative supplement—you don’t really notice anything immediate, but it’s something people take regularly during cold seasons for general support. Overall, it seems useful as a natural wellness booster, but not something with obvious short-term effects.
It helps with my candida problems. Seems to reduce my levels of toxins as I feel better, less brain fogging uneasiness and stomach discomfort. No more colds or coughs and my immunity had proven to be better.
