I love turmeric, it’s so good for the body. I have an inflammatory disease so relieving some of that inflammation in a natural way.. that wont harm me, is exactly what I need. You can take 2 capsules 3 times daily, but you don’t have to! Do whatever feels best with your body. Doesn’t give me a stomach ache or anything, easy to swallow. Amazing that theres hardly any ingredients! Way better for all of us in the long run.

I was told it is important to take the whole of tumeric, not just curcumin, because it has so much more. I also take it with milk or with meals because fat is supposed to help absorb it better. Those who would like take turmeric regularly but if it is not the normal part of your diet plan, it is an easy and great way to go about it.

I suffer with inflammation of the joints so I regularly take turmeric supplement. I would say I get a limited amount of relief. I don't particularly like the taste of the capsule, but any kind of relief is welcome.
