I recommend Echinacea extract over tablets as extracts are more readily absorbed. This extract goes a long way and is an important weapon in my arsenal (along with vitamin C and Colloidal silver) in surviving the winter months against viruses (I tend to be low in immunity). More effective when used before the onset of colds or flu, BUT it also helps relieve discomfort when you actually have the flu. Quality of the ingredients are great and the size is appropriate, meaning, you get value for your money. With the correct dosage, you get the benefits, and helps easily with the recovery. Typical echinacea taste-- not a fan of it, but you can dilute it in juice to mask the taste.
