Aged Garlic Extract™, Formula 101, 300 Capsules

I suffer with gut problems that are all triggered by stress! Since I started taking this supplement for 2 months now, my flare ups have almost gone away!! These tablets are now my go to when I have an extremely stressful day. I feel better, I'm more alert. When I feel like I'm pumped up stressed out, and worn out, I take 2 tablets with water. I notice that after about a 1/2 hour to an hour my stress high calms down. I feel relaxed and am able to finish my day. These have been a life saver. I don't have any side effects like the garlic smell on skin, from use. These dissolve quickly without the garlic burp. I take these every morning and carry some extras, if the day is going to be very stressful. They've been wonderful.

I read about it through an ADHD community, that GABA can benefit those struggling with ADHD symptoms. The first day I took it, I immediately felt the calming effect. I was less anxious than I normally would be. Also I noticed that my digestive symptoms were also settling down. Perhaps it was the garlic in it. My body seems to react positively with garlic. I couldn’t leave home without it now. My only criticism is that I wish they could swap cyanocobalamin with methylcobalamin instead.

Taking a few capsules of them everyday to keep to relief my stress and fatigue. It does not have weird taste and delivered in good package. Not sure about its particular benefits as I ate various supplements.
