This is a known ayurvedic formula called "Trikatu" (literally "three spicy" or "spicy triplet") - quite simple and very useful when used correctly. Ingredients are quite common (long pepper may be harder to find) so most people may know what to expect before consuming it. Package is normal size, tablets are quite large, seem of good quality and if held more than a second in mouth you can start feeling a little of the spicy taste (but the long-pepper gives it a different twist of taste). I was taking one tablet instead of the recommended dosage of 2, but it was summer up until recently (I am more careful with spicy stuff in summer). Benefits are the common benefits of spicy stuff - helps respiratory system (as an expectorant) and digestive system, helps warm up the body by encouraging circulation - as most spicy stuff does
