My healthcare provider suggested that I take Ashwaganda to help me cope with stress. I have been taking other products for well over 5 years now and it helps! This particular product checks all the right boxes: it’s reasonably priced, normal sized pill, using quality ingredients (full spectrum root and extract), Ayurvedic ( more homeopathic), with very little smell or taste. I find it helps me lighten my mood and I think it truly does act as an adaptogen. I have never had any side effects from taking Ashwaganda.
