This cookie is very soft, not sweet like the other flavors. Contains 10g of fiber. I'm really impressed. I feel like I'm eating a very healthy snack. I feel full after eating this whole cookie post workout. If you don't like sweet cookies this flavor will please you. I was surprised. Light flavor and easy to eat. I highly recommend it. one of my favorite childhood memories involves my momma sharing her pack of "debrah's special" - for those of you that dont know, they're these amazing oatmeal cookies from Mrs.Field's. they're not stellar now, but those cookies were soo good back in the day... i never knew i wanted anything beyond choc chip cookies until those special bikkies entered my life. it was absolutely life changing. then one day my life came crashing down upon me... my mom stopped buying em coz she thought i was getting too fat. well im skinny as now, and eating these lucious vegan oatmeal-raisin babies. I lift things up and put them dooown. so whos laughing now, ma? --- serious note: 2 serves per cookie. watch those macros.

Size is good for 2 times with good taste and quality, if you ingredient with wheat, it is good for protein workout snack and training

I always eat this between meal, the portion size (protein & carbs) are just on point to fit my current diet plan. Oatmeal and raisin are the perfact match for me, taste good, package well, quality ingredient, and I will buy it again. Feel good for workout after ate this big cookie.
