I am the daughter writing this review on behalf of my mom who doesn’t do computers. I began purchasing this liquid vitamin C for my mother a few years ago on iherb. I was searching for a liquid vitamin C as my mother does not like to swallow capsules and the Dynamic Health was the one liquid Vitamin C I found for adults. My mother really likes it and it and it works for her.
This is very convenient to take, just mix it with water, I take it with my iron supplements as it known to aid the absorption of iron.
