Energy, 90 Veg Capsules

I like having the multiple options of Now energy supplements. I have tried all 3, the Sustainable, the Energy Extreme, and this one. The quality of Now foods is always good and reputable. This dosage and ingredients lean more towards less caffeine and more herbal energy, like ginseng, rhodiola, and b vitamins. It does have caffeine, but not as much as the others. I like having this for when I need to finish a work day, but I don't want that mega burst of energy. I don't feel like this makes me jittery, but I have major issues with fatigue, so it could cause others who are sensitive to feel jitters.

First time to use it and it works for me very well. it gives me energy and less my foggy brain. this is my second time purchasing.

My sister works without days off in this period, so she started to feel very tired and with no energy. She ordered these capsules for keeping her energy up and it really helped.

The amount in the packaging is a good size. The dosage is written behind. Honestly we have not noticed any significant improvement so far and we have been using it for more than a month. Not sure about its benefit. Doesn’t taste like anything g. Will give the supplement a try for longer and let’s see.

I love Now brand products and was excited to find this one. I have tried it consistently for several weeks now and I think it makes a slight difference in my energy. I don’t feel it makes a big enough difference to keep buying it for myself personally.
